I have lived in Ward One of Billings, with my wife Dorothea, for over forty years. I have seen the dramatic growth of the City, both in population and in geographic area. Sometimes this growth has been well planned, and sometimes not. As Billings grows, we will face dramatic challenges in the next few years. These challenges include:
-> Smarter Growth
-> Better Traffic Management
-> More Good Paying Jobs
-> Increasing Access to Green spaces
-> More Affordable Housing

We need to be ready for these challenges -- and to plan for them -- to insure the great quality of life we already enjoy here. We need experienced leadership!
